Alfalfa/Timothy Hay Cubes (60/40)

Alfalfa-Timothy cubes are made with pre and mid bloom, Alfalfa and premium, immature Timothy hay harvested at the height of its nutritional value. This product is recommended to use during hay shortages or to supplement poor quality hay or pasture. Forage cubes are dehydrated to reduce dust and are ideal for horses with respiratory issues.

Chopped Alfalfa: 55% (min)
Chopped Timothy: 35% (min)
Hydrated Lime: 1.0% (max)

Substitute Alfalfa Timothy Cubes for hay on a per weight basis. Recommended daily fiber intake for horses is 1% of animals body weight. Amount required varies with individual breeds, body condition and activity levels. Feeding in a bucket or feed tub, preferably at ground level is recommended. For horses with teeth problems, we recommend soaking prior to feeding.
